SERDANG, UPM – Institute of Advanced Technology had organized the Indepth Seminar Presentation. This seminar had given by ITMA Research Fellow; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Abdul Azis Ariffin. The program was officiated by the Head of Materials Processing and Technology Laboratory (MPTL), Assoc. Prof. Dr. Suraya Abdul Rashid.

The seminar given are focusing on “Refining, Fractionation, Texturization, and Manufacturing of Edible oil and Fats Downstream Products from Palm and Palm Kernel Oil which are known as areas of expertise of Dr. Abdul Azis. A total of 64 participants attended this seminar which are most of them are from the Palm Oil industries. The program is not only filled with talk sessions even infused with demonstration by Dr. Abdul Azis.

We hope that this program can be benefits for all participants as well as  to create more activity that involving industry with ITMA.
