ITMA Encourages Staff and Students to Improve Their Self-performance

SERDANG, 12 March - ITMA has organized a webinar entitled "Self-Maintenance and Improvement: No One is Perfect" to encourage all staff and students to improve their performance, especially in facing the challenges nowadays.

The program led by the Synthesis and Characterization of Materials Laboratory (MSCL) began with a welcome speech by Prof. Dr Mohd Nizar Hamidon, Director of the Institute of Advanced Technology, (ITMA).

The event chaired by Associate Professor Dr Che Azurahanim Che Abdullah, Head of MSCL then continued with a motivational session by the invited speaker, Ms. Siti Maisarah Alias, an independent Facilitator/Counselor from Setiu, Terengganu.

The speaker shared a psychological analysis of human’s personality traits, behavior and potential talent. Participants were also given some tips to improve their self-performance which in turn will help to increase organizational excellence based on the shared personality traits. 

At the end of the program, participants were introduced to a personality assessment test based on date of birth which received a warm response from 120 participants consisting of UPM students and staff as well as other institutions until the end of the program.
