SERDANG, June 29, 2021 - Institute of Advanced Technology (ITMA) has organized a motivational seminar entitled ‘Terkubur Sebuah Harapan atau Sinarnya Kian Memancar Disebabkan COVID-19 dan PKP”. The seminar was conducted online using the Zoom platform and also posted live on ITMA’s Facebook. En. Fudhail Hakimi Arif Ibrahim from Perdana University was invited to give this motivational talk and was attended by a total of 169 participants from the staff and students of ITMA and UPM.

This Motivation Seminar was held to provide an opportunity for participants to gain motivation and support mentally and emotionally in the current challenging situation due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Postgraduate students who are unable to attend university to complete their experiments or complete the thesis writing are greatly stressed, in addition to facing financial problems. Staffs are also facing challenges in dealing with Work from Home (WFH) situations as they have to divide time between household management and at the same time carry out essential office tasks online. Therefore, the organization of this seminar is expected to help in terms of motivation in the form of encouragement and also by listening to the experiences of the speaker themselves.
