* Master Degree in Science or Engineering (with thesis); or

COURSEWORK CREDIT REQUIREMENT

* Master Degree with Thesis (full research)

* Master Degree in Science or Engineering
   (with thesis and coursework) with CGPA
   ≥3.50

* Master Degree (without thesis) with CGPA
   ≥3.75

* Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering
   with CGPA ≥3.75 (first class upper)

 

Not Required

* Master Degree in Science and Engineering
   (with thesis and coursework) with CGPA

* Master Degree (without thesis) with CGPA <
   3.50

6- 12 Credits

Master With Thesis Program

  • Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering with CGPA of at least 2.50 (Second Class Lower); or
  • Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering with CGPA 2.50 and of at least three (3) years working 
       experience in relevant field.

COURSEWORK CREDIT REQUIREMENT

* Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering
   with CGPA ≥ 3.25

Not Required

* Bachelor Degree in Science or Engineering
   with CGPA < 3.25

* Bachelor Degree with CGPA ≥ 3.00 and at
   least three (3) years working experience in
   relevant field.

Thick film technology is widely used to produce electronic devices due to its ease of fabrication. The technology utilizes a screen printing method, which is the same method used to print designs on textiles such as t-shirts. Thick films are fabricated by printing a circuit design onto a substrate using a thick film paste, which is in a form of a highly viscous liquid that includes materials which determine the properties of the thick film.
